1.1Age Requirement

Access to and use of jc99 is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jc99 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to have been opened by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds in the account, including any winnings, will be forfeited. jc99 may report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

1.2Jurisdictional Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jc99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. jc99 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular location. By accessing jc99 from any jurisdiction, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws, including any laws regulating or prohibiting online gambling. jc99 explicitly excludes liability for any breach of local law by a Member in connection with the use of the platform.

1.3Restrictions

The following persons are not eligible to register for or use a jc99 account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, and agents of jc99 or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from jc99 or any affiliated gaming platform during the period of exclusion;
• Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.1Registration

To access the wagering and gaming services offered by jc99, you must register a Member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

2.2One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jc99 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. jc99 employs technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate accounts and may close all associated accounts and forfeit balances upon discovery of any violation.

2.3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jc99 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jc99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jc99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

2.4Know Your Customer (KYC)

jc99 operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements. jc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1Supported Payment Methods

jc99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank Online Transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Internet Banking, general online bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be made available or discontinued from time to time at jc99's sole discretion.

3.2Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the jc99 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

3.3Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at jc99's discretion. jc99 aims to process approved withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for standard e-wallet methods, subject to network availability. jc99 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals that trigger risk thresholds, including but not limited to unusually large amounts, patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay, or first-time withdrawals to a new payment method.

3.4Currency

All transactions on jc99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. jc99 is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees charged by a Member's bank or payment provider.

3.5Errors in Transactions

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect crediting of funds to a Member's account, jc99 reserves the right to recover such amounts without notice. Members who become aware of a transaction error are required to notify jc99 support immediately. Any funds withdrawn by a Member that resulted from a jc99 crediting error remain a debt owed to jc99.

4.1General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and promotional offers made available by jc99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

4.2Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limit, and maximum bet size while a bonus is active are stated in the relevant promotion terms at the time of the offer. Placing bets in excess of stated maximum bet limits while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and related winnings being voided.

4.3Bonus Abuse

jc99 monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device, systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. jc99 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel related winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jc99 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live table games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — Members who discover any such vulnerability must report it to jc99 support immediately and must not exploit it;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;
• Operating a jc99 account on behalf of a third party, whether as an agent, nominee, or otherwise;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across jc99 and other platforms using matched betting or related techniques where such activity constitutes abuse in jc99's reasonable determination;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jc99 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

6.1Ownership

All content on the jc99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of jc99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from jc99 may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jc99.

6.2Limited Licence

jc99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, scrape, frame, or create derivative works based on any jc99 content.

7.1Platform Availability

jc99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. jc99 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network interruptions, or platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

7.2Gambling Losses

All gambling and betting activity on jc99 is undertaken at the Member's own risk. jc99 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred in the normal course of using the platform. It is the Member's responsibility to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

7.3Indirect Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jc99 excludes all liability for indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether jc99 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1Termination by jc99

jc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jc99 reasonably believes that: (a) the Member has violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Member has provided false registration information; or (d) continuation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jc99.

8.2Termination by Member

Members may request closure of their jc99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

8.3Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes may do so through the account settings page or by contacting jc99 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9.1Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jc99 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Members accessing jc99 from Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws, including those governing online gaming.

9.2Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of jc99, you should contact jc99 customer support in the first instance. jc99 will investigate and respond to all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, jc99 may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process. The decision of jc99 on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final absent manifest error.

jc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of jc99 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jc99 and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
